Buyers pay securely through Stripe. Funds are held by Stripe (not Elitra directly) until you confirm you received your order, or automatically 2 days after the actual carrier confirms delivery — then the seller's payout releases automatically.
Real carrier tracking — once a seller adds a tracking number, we monitor it directly with the carrier. Nobody on the platform can set or fake "delivered" themselves; it only updates when the carrier actually confirms it.
Save a card once and it's used automatically from then on — no repeat checkout. For auctions specifically, it's what lets winning bids get charged the instant an auction closes, instead of relying on the winner to come back and manually pay.
You set a maximum, not a fixed amount — the system only bids what's needed to stay in the lead, up to your max, same idea as eBay. If you win, your saved card is charged the final price automatically, not your full maximum.
On Buy Now listings where the seller's turned on offers, yes — propose a price, and the seller can accept (charges your card instantly at that price) or decline.
We match the set you list against its real release year: 1997–2005 is Vintage, 2006–2015 is Mid Era, 2016 on is Modern.
A boost bumps your listing to the top for 1 hour. A mega boost pins it to the top and places it in Featured for 2 hours. Only one can be active on a listing at a time — you can't stack or re-boost until whichever's running finishes.
Not really — any bid placed inside the last 30 seconds extends the timer by 2 minutes. It keeps resetting until 30 seconds pass with no new bids.
Stripe's processing fee (2.9% + 30¢) plus our 7% marketplace commission — about 9.9% on a typical $100+ sale, still lower than eBay's ~13–15% on trading cards. The fixed 30¢ means the rate is higher on very cheap items. Gold members get 1% off the commission, Platinum members get 2% off.

No — that's not a valid dispute. Grading outcomes are inherently uncertain and outside a seller's control. Disputes are for items that don't match how they were actually listed, like an undisclosed crease or flaw that was already there.
Elitra started because I got tired of digging through generic auction sites and marketplaces trying to find a single Pokémon card. Most of those platforms treat cards as an afterthought, one small category buried under random TCGs, signed memorabilia, and everything else under the sun. I wanted a site that is just Pokémon. Nothing else competing for space.
